(2)  Are you employed by the government (local, state, federal) or by a government contractor? + 30 0
(3)  Are you a truly small government contracting business (5 or fewer employees) which is owned by a non-minority? + 30 0
(4)  Has your employer "strongly urged" or otherwise put pressure on you to attend any kind of "diversity training"?  (Refer to the "D" Word discussion.) + 10 0

(5)  Does your employer have an official policy document which includes a statement about "supporting affirmative action" and/or "diversity" in the workplace? + 5 0

50 or less If you "keep your head low" and "play along" with this discrimination, your civil rights probably won't be too badly violated.  (We do not advocate playing along!)
50 to 100 Your civil rights are at serious risk.  You may already have an actionable complaint.
100 to 165 It is very likely that your civil rights are being violated regularly.  If you and your fellow victims would band together and file suit, you could probably win!
