          The Enstrom Foundation opposes race based, government imposed solutions such as forced busing to achieve "diversity" or "racial balance".  Since 1977 the Foundation has been instrumental in opposing forced busing.

Mountain States Legal Foundation*

          Mountain States Legal Foundation takes on "nationally significant public interest litigation" on behalf of "little guys" who are innocent victims of excessive government policies and regulations.  Successful cases have included "white" contractors who have been racially discriminated against by "racially preferential minority contracting policies".  (Mountain States played a significant role in the landmark Adarand Constructors" reverse discrimination decision.)

Texas Legal Foundation

          The purpose of the Texas Legal Foundation is to advocate, in the legislative, executive, and judicial branches of the federal and state governments, conservative public policy positions that are held by a majority of Texas citizens but that have not been implemented by the government.

          The Texas Legal Foundation was founded by Steve Smith in 1994. Its first clients were two of the four plaintiffs in the Hopwood v. Texas case, which ended racial preferences in admissions and scholarships at Texas universities from 1996 until 2003.
